Before starting step 3 - a payment of 45%.
We take measurements of the premises, create several layout options, based on the approved version, and develop visualizations of each zone.

Then we calculate the estimate and when you sign a contract with us for construction works, you get a 10% discount on the design project.

So the final payment of 10% on the design project is no longer needed
4. Drawings and specifications

We develop technical drawings and form specifications for the premises

The final payment is 10% after issuance.
We issue an electronic and printed version of the finished design project
